How a build runs

Four steps, and you always know which one you’re on.

  1. 01

    A free visit to your yard

    Measurements, layout options, access, safety and logistics — and photographs for the design. Forty-five minutes on site tells us more than any phone call, and it is what makes the number we hand you a real one.

  2. 02

    You see it in 3D first

    Not a rough sketch — a realistic, scaled version of your own yard. Shape and depth, spa and sun ledges, waterfalls and bubblers, fire bowls, how it lights at night. Change it there, not in concrete.

  3. 03

    You walk it with us in the office

    The design on screen, revisions if you want them, materials and equipment chosen together — then a written proposal with scope, features and pricing before anything is signed.

  4. 04

    We pull the permits and build

    Clark County paperwork, engineering and inspections are ours. You get a build calendar with real dates on it. After that it is just sun-warmed travertine and a hot desert afternoon.
